This is why it matters. The president could have sent help, but time after time he gives the order to 'stand down' he is the only one who could do that. Mrs. Clinton claims she did not know/see any cries for help and in fact months before had denied more protection for the Ambassador. Even Clinton is now trying to pass the ball to her under secretary. Have a watch, if you like it share, if not then you don't.
